Mission - Vision - History
Circle Drive Special Care Home is a long-term care affiliate facility of the Saskatoon Health Region located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on the same grounds as Circle Drive Alliance Church and Circle Drive Place, a condominium complex for independent seniors. Many years before the facility’s opening in 1986, Pastor Walter Boldt had a vision to care for people at every stage of their lives. Through perseverance and generous private and public donations, his vision became a reality.
Circle Drive Special Care Home provides Level III or IV nursing care, 24 hours a day to more than 50 residents in a “special” manner. The Home’s mission is to honour the spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and social needs of those entrusted to our care, in a Christian spirit. This is what makes us truly “special.” Pastor Boldt’s vision lives on today through our dedicated staff and volunteers who honour and care for each resident, while providing support for the whole family.

Volunteer quote
"The constant presence of the Holy Spirit here makes this home so special. There's a willingness to embrace the family along with the resident and that is so specail. I also volunteer here and the things I do are returned to me several times over."
